Pre-Ballet
Fun songs and images fill our Creative Movement pre-ballet classes, where young children are guided towards understanding and enjoying the fundamentals of ballet. These classes are a wonderful introduction to structured dance training.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should my child wear to class?
Comfortable clothing that allows for movement is perfect! Many children wear leggings and a t-shirt. Ballet slippers or bare feet work well for most classes.
Can I stay and watch the class?
For Dance With Me (age 2), parents participate in class with their child. For age 3 classes, we encourage parents to say goodbye at the door to help children focus, but you're welcome to watch through our viewing window.
What if my child doesn't enjoy the class?
We offer a trial class policy! If your child doesn't enjoy their first class, let us know and we'll help you find a better fit or provide a full refund.
What happens after I register?
You'll receive a confirmation email with class details, what to bring, and arrival instructions. We'll also send a welcome package with important dates and studio policies.
Can siblings attend or watch?
Siblings are welcome to watch from our waiting area, but cannot participate in class unless they are also registered. We have a comfortable viewing area for families.
What is your refund policy?
We offer full refunds within the first week of classes. After that, we provide prorated credits for medical reasons or family emergencies.
How long are the classes?
Preschool classes are 30 minutes long, which is the perfect length for young children's attention spans and energy levels.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring your child in comfortable clothing! We recommend a water bottle. Dance shoes can be purchased later if your child continues with classes.
